Diane E. Williams, Au.D.

Board Certified Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Diane E. Williams, a board-certified Doctor of Audiology, began her career in the hearing industry in 1975. In 1995, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with her Master’s Degree in Audiology and in 2009, graduated with her Doctorate Degree from A.T. Still University – Arizona School of Health Sciences.

Amanda Dela Rosa

Director of Operations, California Hearing Aid Dispenser Lic. HA 8450

Amanda Dela Rosa has served as Better Sound Audiology's Director of Operations since 2004 she is also a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser. Amanda is a graduate of Cal State San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. She currently resides in the beautiful Morongo Basin with her son, Christian. She is a member of the Sheriff's department Search and Rescue team and is an avid hiker.

Nicole Cowdry

Patient Care Coordinator

Nicole Cowdry has served as Better Sound Audiology's Patient Care Coordinator since 2018. She has years of administrative office experience. Nicole enjoys helping patients with their hearing needs and spends most of her time building memories with her daughter.
